Fully synthetic engine oil has a uniform molecular structure, which can form a more resilient and stable oil film on the metal surface. Even under harsh conditions such as turbocharging, high RPM or heavy load, it can prevent direct metal contact, reducing the wear rate of key components such as cylinder liners, piston rings and crankshafts, thereby delaying the major overhaul time. The synthetic base oil + complex additive system ensures that the engine oil maintains sufficient viscosity above 150℃, is less likely to crack and thin, and reduces major damages such as oil burning and bearing bush erosion caused by oil film rupture. At the same time, it has high oxidation stability and a slow increase in acid value, which can prevent bearing corrosion and excessive sludge formation, and extend the service life of the engine oil and components.
My equipment comes from different brands (such as Caterpillar and Komatsu). How can your hydraulic oil ensure compatibility with the precision components of all systems?

Strictly adhering to OEM specifications and industry standards, all key indicators such as oil film strength, extreme pressure anti-wear, high-temperature high-shear, filtration, and water separation fully meet or exceed the requirements of Caterpillar ECF-1, Komatsu HN, and ISO 11158 HM/HV, DIN 51524-2/3, etc. It has passed the 1×10⁶ times Denison T6H20C dual-pump test and Vickers 35VQ25 vane pump 250-hour wear test, with a pump weight loss of less than 15 mg, far below the limits of Caterpillar and Komatsu.
Compared with low-cost brands, how can using your high-quality oil help me reduce the total operating cost?

Answer: When you break down the costs, lubricating oil only accounts for 0.5% to 1% of the total operating cost of equipment, but it directly or indirectly determines over 30% of maintenance, energy consumption, and downtime losses. Although cheap oil seems to save you a few hundred yuan at one time, it will eventually cost you more in the "four major cost black holes". Our high-quality oil saves you money in these four areas, ultimately reducing the total operating cost (TCO) by 8% to 15%. In harsh environments with high levels of dust (such as mines and deserts), how do your engine oil and air filters work together to provide the best protection?

In high-dust working conditions like mines and deserts, our fully synthetic engine oil contains zinc and molybdenum anti-wear agents, forming a strong and resilient oil film that reduces friction even when fine sand invades. The nano-level air filter uses multiple layers of fiberglass and electrostatic cotton, with a filtration efficiency of ≥99.9%, and a bidirectional seal to prevent bypass. Together, the filter blocks 99% of the dust first, and then the engine oil adsorbs the remaining particles and neutralizes acidic substances, extending the oil change cycle by 30%. It provides the engine with a 24-hour "dust-proof armor" and has obtained ISO4548 certification, with a record of zero engine seizure in 30 countries.
For equipment that requires frequent cold starts (such as in extremely cold regions), how do your hydraulic oil and engine oil ensure quick starts and immediate effective lubrication?

For -40℃ mines and construction sites, we blend 0W-40 PAO fully synthetic engine oil and ISO 32 HVLP synthetic hydraulic oil in accordance with ASTM D5293. The cold start viscosity is less than 6000cP, with a pour point of ≤-51℃. A molybdenum molecular oil film of ≥0.12μm is established within 3 seconds, and the pumpability limit is -45℃. Field tests show that the cylinder liner wear of 20-ton excavators from Caterpillar and Komatsu is reduced by 38%, cavitation in hydraulic pumps is reduced by 45%, and the oil change cycle is extended to 300 hours. It has obtained API CK-4, ISO 11158 HV, and Denison HF-0 certifications, ensuring zero idling for projects in the Arctic and high-altitude areas.

We can use the current API CJ-4/CI-4 and ACEA E7/E9 dual-certified fully synthetic 10W-40, which meets the requirements of DPF/EGR after-treatment and has been approved for initial installation by Caterpillar and Komatsu factories. At the same time, ISO 46 HVLP is uniformly selected for HV hydraulic oil, covering 20-40 ton excavators, loaders and pile drivers. This reduces the SKU by 70%, ensuring inventory compliance and cost reduction.
